1Who we are

Minimal GAME is made by ItMyTurn, an independent developer based in Thailand. For privacy questions, email contact@minimalgame.quest.

2What we collect on the website

• When you sign up as a tester: the email address (Gmail) you enter, the language of the page you signed up on, your approximate country as detected by Cloudflare from your network, and the time of sign-up.
• We do not store your IP address in our database.
• Our website does not use advertising cookies or user-tracking tools.

3Technical data handled by our providers

• Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes connection data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages, protect against attacks and limit repeated form submissions.
• The Japanese and Korean pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address as part of delivering those files.

4How we use your information

• To add your email as a tester in Google Play Console so you can download the test version of the game.
• To contact you about the test, for example about new builds or to ask for feedback.
• To show the number of sign-ups on the website (a total only, never your email).

We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone for marketing.

5Service providers

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the tester database, and forwarding emails sent to us.
• Google: Google Play Console (when we invite testers), Gmail (our contact inbox) and Google Fonts.

6Emails you send us

Emails sent to contact@minimalgame.quest are forwarded through Cloudflare to the developer’s Gmail inbox. We use them only to reply and follow up on your message.

7How long we keep data

We keep tester emails for the duration of testing and delete them within 90 days after the game’s public release, or sooner if you ask us to.

8The Minimal GAME app

The game is still in development. Before the game collects any personal data or uses third-party services such as advertising, analytics or sign-in, we will update this policy to state what is collected, why, and who it is shared with, before that change takes effect.

9Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw from the tester list, at any time by emailing contact@minimalgame.quest from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 30 days.

10Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with Cloudflare, accessible only to the developer.

11Children

If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has given us personal information, contact contact@minimalgame.quest and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes we will also notify testers by email.
